Rules, guidelines, and terms for playing Call Mr. Bingo.

Welcome to Call Mr. Bingo (the "Website"). By accessing this site, playing our weekly safety bingo game, or subscribing to our weekly numbers list, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or participate in the game.

1. Weekly Bingo Game Rules

The Call Mr. Bingo game is a B2B marketing and safety awareness program designed to engage subcontractors, contractors, and business owners in Texas.

  • No Purchase Necessary: Participation is 100% free and does not require any payment or insurance commitment.
  • Eligibility: The game is open to commercial business owners, general contractors, and trade subcontractors operating in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
  • Weekly Draw: Each week, Called Safety Numbers are published on the website and emailed to active subscribers. Subcontractors match these numbers to their physical or digital bingo cards.

2. Prize Claims and Verifications

To claim a winning card (5 daubed cells in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line):

  • The claimant must email a photo or copy of their winning bingo card to Eric Hernandez at Eric@piainsure.com.
  • All wins are subject to review. We reserve the sole right to verify and approve all claim submissions against the history of active called numbers.
  • Prizes (such as tool vouchers, dining cards, or corporate merchandise) are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may change based on availability.

3. No Legal or Binding Underwriting Commitments

The risk assessments, Mod audits, and coverage recommendations provided on this site are for consultative and educational purposes. Submitting request forms, general liability limits, or EMR data does not bind or guarantee insurance coverage. All insurance underwriting approvals, policy bindings, and rates depend on the final audit of our P&C carrier partners through Patterson & Associates Insurance.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, web components, text content, illustrations, and code on Call Mr. Bingo are owned by or licensed to Eric Hernandez / Bishop Arts Design. You may print individual weekly bingo cards for team/job site play, but modifying or redistributing the game assets for external commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep the game server and website functional. However, we are not liable for any network downtime, email delivery failures, incorrect code, or errors in the weekly called numbers list. The site and game are provided "as-is" without warranty.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
